Time flies when…. you are committed!

One and a half years have passed since MDisputes’ was founded.  Among our accomplishments, we are proud to include the following:

 • Supported small (under 100 employee companies) to reach successful outcomes of multi-million dollar disputes;

 • Obtained funding proposals for international commercial claims;

 • Pursued international debt collection and asset recovery with minimal cost to the creditor;

 • Assisted a multinational company in the re-design of the global litigation function;

In addition, in our first 18 months, we:

1.  Energy infrastructure summit:  following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, MDisputes convened national and international energy companies, diplomats, and government representatives to brainstorm how to fast-track projects to achieve energy independence
2.  Arbitration of technical disputes, Milan conference:  partnered with HKA, SLCG, Omni Bridgeway, and ILA Italy in a May 2022 conference on the practicalities of conducting arbitrations of complex technical disputes
3.  Georgia Rule of Law Project:  Met with representatives of the legal and business communities of Tbilisi to promote the adoption of mediation in commercial disputes
