MDISPUTES ACTIVELY SUPPORTS the campaign for GREENER ARBITRATIONS

Further to offering dedicated services, the MDisputes team endeavors in supporting initiatives aimed at raising awareness of how everyone – whether in a professional or personal capacity – can play his part in driving this change.

Therefore, it is a great honour and opportunity that its Founder Michael Mcilwrath has been appointed as Corporate Director of the “2022-2023 Global Steering Committee” for the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations, the initiative to reduce environmental impact of international arbitrations founded in 2019 by International Arbitrator Lucy Greenwood.
